True ofc that good players exist in all ships but give a decent CV player an Enterprise and the results are messier than if they are in any other CV. Just the other day I looked up the battleship Kii and someone had an over 90% winrate in it - and it's not even all that good. I think it's WR was 51%? Most of the time they don't bat an eye at that. I was just looking at its' stats the other day and it just doesn't seem to be performing that fantastically. For example: The USS ENTERPRISE (CVN-65). Its still a possible drop from containers, but dont expect it to go on sale again. US warships (and other nations Navies) use 2 or 3 letter abreviations preceding the hull number of the ship. Possible to beat them (have done so on occasions) but its a CV that is arguably more powerful than the rest (even compared to t10s), hence get it out of the shop. Thats not to say they werent also lucky, but to become the single most successful naval unit in human history as enterprise was you also have to be good. See drachinfels video on the battle of eastern Solomons for more info.
